This document governs your access to and use of the Soul Paths mobile application ("Soul Paths" or the "App"), website, and any related digital content or physical products operated by SoulPaths LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Soul Paths or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or related services.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soul Paths, purchasing digital or physical products, or interacting with our content, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Soul Paths or related services.

2. Use of Soul Paths

a. Soul Paths is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
b. You agree not to use Soul Paths for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
c. You must be at least 18 years old to use Soul Paths or make purchases.

3. Disclaimers

a. Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoulPaths LLC is not liable for personal injury or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Soul Paths. For your safety, do not use the App while driving or operating machinery.

b. No Medical Advice
Soul Paths provides wellness-based content only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.

c. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using Soul Paths. Individual experiences vary.

d. Subscription Services
Certain features require a subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account. Refund eligibility is determined by the App Store in accordance with its policies.

4. Payments and Order Processing

Payments for subscriptions, digital content, or physical products are processed through trusted third-party payment processors. SoulPaths LLC does not collect or store full payment or credit card information.

Orders may be canceled or refused if payment authorization fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Return and Purchase Policy

a. All Sales Final
All digital and physical purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once access is provided.

b. Issues with Purchases
If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@soulpaths.co within 7 days of delivery with your order details.

c. Digital Content License
Purchased digital content is licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

d. Physical Products
Physical products are sold “as is.” Replacements or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

e. Product Safety Notice
Physical products are intended for reflection and personal use only and are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care. Use of any physical product is at your own discretion and risk. Follow all safety instructions. Keep items away from children and pets.

f. Sales and Use Tax
Sales tax may be collected where required. You are responsible for any applicable use or local taxes not collected at checkout.

6. Third-Party Services

Soul Paths may integrate with third-party platforms to operate the App, host content, or process payments. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or interruptions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoulPaths LLC from claims arising out of your use of Soul Paths, purchases, or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Soul Paths after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within Soul Paths is the property of SoulPaths LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content is licensed for personal use only.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these Terms or the use of Soul Paths will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable rules. Class actions are waived.

12. Force Majeure

SoulPaths LLC is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.

We collect only information necessary to operate Soul Paths, including:

  • App usage and interaction data

  • Subscription status and purchase history

We do not collect or store full payment information.

Soul Paths is currently intended for users within the United States.
