I often felt overwhelmed trying to find the right tools and practices to support my self-care and spiritual journey, so I designed these ritual kits to help you slow down and reflect, release what’s holding you back, and step into your next chapter with clarity and intention.

Transformation

You might be in a season of change, outgrowing old versions of yourself, or learning to trust where life is leading you. Transformation takes presence and surrender. This process isn’t about becoming someone new, but remembering who you’ve always been.

This kit was intentionally created to support that journey, helping you ground your energy and reconnect with your intuition as you realign with who you’re becoming.

  • Find a quiet spot where you can be fully present. Dim the lights, silence distractions, and take a few deep breaths.

    Allow yourself to be fully present, feeling calm, centered, and open.

  • Your incense helps clear stagnant energy and create a peaceful atmosphere.

    Light it, blow out the flame once it starts to glow, place it in the holder, and visualize the rising smoke cleansing your space.

    Tip: place a plate under the incense holder to collect the ash for an easier clean-up.

  • Your clear quartz crystal helps amplify energy and intentions.

    Hold it in your hands and let your energy charge it as you focus on what you’re ready to embody and who you’re meant to be.

  • Your candle helps you affirm and embody your intention.

    As you light the candle, repeat the affirmation and visualize yourself stepping into this next chapter with confidence and ease. As the flame glows, let it symbolize your own light returning to you.

  • Your journal and mantra pen help bring awareness and clarity through reflection. Write freely and without judgment:

    What am I ready to release so I can be the version of me that feels most aligned and alive?

    How can I honor who I am now while trusting the timing of what is still unfolding?

  • Your trust in divine timing sticker can be used as a mantra (a statement you repeat frequently).

    Place it somewhere you’ll see it often to remind yourself that your path is unfolding in divine timing, even when what’s ahead isn’t always clear.

Moon Phases

Each phase of the moon invites you to slow down, reflect, and honor where you are on your journey. From setting intentions and bringing them to life, to celebrating what’s complete, and releasing what no longer serves you.

This kit was intentionally created to help you ground your energy and reconnect with your intuition through affirmations and journal prompts for each moon phase.
